I dive into the products you are currently using to see if you need any adjustments and make appropriate recommendations to help you shift your skin.

At the finish, I move you through a lymphatic drainage routine that you can do at home to help clear your skin of puffiness & congestion and have you feeling more vibrant and glowing.
